"...which includes snooping through financial, health and employment records, opening mail, reading diaries and intruding into the sexual orientation and practices of another person. ... Contrary to BMO policy, Tsige looked into Jones’ banking records ... When confronted by her superiors, who’d received a complaint from a suspicious Jones, Tsige said she’d been attempting to confirm whether Jones’ ex-husband was paying child support. She admitted, however, she had no legitimate reason for looking at the records and that it violated the bank’s code of ethics..."
